The Occasions to Go Policy
We are happy to work with you to develop custom menus best suited to your taste and budget and altering needs. Please inquire about additional menu items that do not appear in the menus.
Please allow at least 48 hours notice when placing orders. We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders. We ask that all “last minute” breakfast orders be placed by 12 noon the day before and last minute lunch orders be placed by 3:00 p.m. the day before. There is a minimum food charge of $50.00 per order. All orders above $1000.00 will require 72 hours notice prior to the function.
Occasions To Go delivers to the entire Quinte area. There is no delivery charge to most areas. Special set-up needs are also available upon request. Please inquire with regards to specifications and pricing.
Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Orders cancelled less than24 hours prior to the event will result in 100% charge to the client. All functions above $1000.00 require 5 business days cancellation.
Occasions To Go can co-ordinate rental and delivery of china, flatware stemware, chafing dishes, linens, tables and chairs. Please advise your event producer for pricing.
Occasions To Go may coordinate courteous, professional and knowledgeable servers, bartenders, chefs and event supervisors upon your request. We suggest clients obtain service staff on hot food orders and receptions over 30 guests.
Coordinating your staff holiday party, company BBQ or wedding the event producers at Occasions To Go would be glad to plan, design and execute all aspects of your next event. Services include: menu design, service staff, tents, rental equipment, bar service, entertainment, D.J.s, floral and décor. Occasions To Go has obtained a special endorsement through the AGCO for off site bar service. Please call 965-0707 for more information.

To confirm your larger catering events on our calendar, a 50% deposit and signed contract are required. Balance is due one week prior
